Hello guys i have a problem...
today i purchased the boardwalk from the sims 3 store. the content is visible in the purchase history, but the dowload is completely broken and doesnt work. if i try to download it only black square show up and nothing else happens.
i have contacted EA supper, but they redirected me here. Please, can community help melook into this and maybe help how to get my simpoints back?

Launcher does that sometimes. Just wait (it can take up to 15 minutes) and it will start the download process. At least for me.
6306e0ddb74578f2 I had to delete it and redownload it 3 times before it worked properly and I could see the content in game.
6306e0ddb74578f2 Is that the launcher's installer tha won't open? As in, you downloaded the content fine, but when trying to install it, you only saw this black box? If so, it's possible some previous content broke the installer. Another reason this can happen is if you've blocked the game's access to the FeaturedItems folder, so let me know whether (and how) you've done this.
Please also let me know whether you have a lot of other Store content already installed. Sometimes when this happens, the existing installed content breaks too, in which case it's necessary to reinstall everything, so please test your other content in-game to see whether it's still loading.
