MillieT03 Okay, try manually deleting and reinstalling only Supernatural. Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list. Open [install location]\The Sims 3 and delete the EP07 folder. If there's an EP07 folder inside a Delta folder (I don't remember and don't have a Windows install in front of me right now), delete that too. Clear the EA App's cache:

and reinstall Supernatural.

I realize you already uninstalled and reinstalled the pack, but this is a bit more thorough.

Hi sorry to ask I know it’s a bother but I am autistic and need more detailed instructions as to not get overwhelmed could you possibly give me a step by step if not don’t worry about it :) thanks
