Re: My purchases at origin does not appear on MY PAGE on the Sims site? They remain grayed out. Why?

I am also having the same issue with 70s, 80s, and 90s Stuff Pack, movie stuff pack, diesel stuff pack and katy perry sweet treats stuff pack.
Please help me with this.
