Didn't see the option for 3ds but hope you can still help. A lot of people are confused about having a baby in this game. I personally want to know if its possible and if so how to do it. There are many conflicting opinions on this and I am sure everyone would be happy if this were cleared up and there was some sort of guide for certain features of a game that can be more complex.
