Re: Only cc .packages are showing up

@LarzyG  Please try adding the content to a clean user data folder.  Move your entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts, launch the game once to create a new folder, and add the Mods framework.  (Delete scriptcache.package too.)  Once you've confirmed the sample mods are working, add only the clothing you linked me, nothing else.  Create a teenage sim, and check in the everyday full outfit (not tops or bottoms, full outfits) category.

If this doesn't work, what patch level are you on?  You can see it in the lower left corner of the launcher.
