Re: Origin cancelled my order after paying

Unfortunately, this is a public forum and the help comes from other simmers.

If you go back to the Customer Support page and make the selections of Origin, Billing/Purchasing and PC, you should get a phone number listed underneath the Answer HQ box. You can then try phoning them. (I can't give you the number I get, as I'm from the UK and yours will be different if you are in a different country).

Other than that, you'll have to have patience and wait in the Live Chat queue I'm afraid.
