does the page keep looping ? try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or firefox
does origin open in stead when trying to download ?

I'm using Internet Explorer and my computer doesn't have another browser on it.
I've been trying to check the purchase history, because it says I own Riverview already, but when I go into Purchase History, it asks me to sign in again for security purposes, so I type in my info, and click "log in", but then a little loading circle shows up at the bottom of that box and it just spins for a while.. eventually I guess it gives up or times out because it takes me back to the page that says I need to sign in for security purposes.
