    Hello,

    I have sims 3 for years and I Had joined It long ago, Today I Want to get back my password Which I remember more of BEEN BORN and when I click " Forgotten password " the website redirects me automatically on my account Origin. Or same by being connected on my account Origin I have No Datum concerning not any password on the site of sims3.com. Help me please.

    i'd contact CS as they can look at your account and assist with forgotton login details

    I forgot my Origin ID or if it’s linked to a Gamertag/PSN ID! If you can't remember what your Origin/EA Account is, or if you're not sure if you have one linked to a GamerTag or PSN ID, find out:
    Go to profile.ea.com and select Reset Password, then either

    • Enter an email address you may have used for your account OR
    • Select "Account Type" (XBL Gamertag or PSN ID)

    Enter your Gamertag or PSN ID, and submit.

    • Check the email address referenced on the next page for your account details. If you are still not able to determine what your Origin Account is, or if you have one linked to you Gamertag or PSN ID, then please contact us for help.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.     I followed your advice, but I do not still manage to connect on the site. I think the problem comes from them because I managed to connect with the same identifier and the password when I launched the game. I hope that the problem of connection on the site will settle(adjust) fast because while waiting for I cannot connect in the blind nor in the exchange. Thank you in any case.

    1.https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
     2.Set your language to US at the bottom
     3.Describe your issue with a few words
     4.Select Product: The Sims 3
     5.Select Category: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
     6.Select Platform: PC
     7.Click Find solution
     8.Scroll down and click I still need help
     9.Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
