if the game was/is 2nd hand/used unfortunately second hand/used games cannot be reregestired/redeemed to another account as the code is tied permanently  to the original owners account

i'm not sure but you may be able to buy a code from CS reps no harm in contactig them to see if it is or isn't possiable
