@jessicachanguion  I've split your post into its own thread since the other thread was a bit old.

There are three issues I see in your screenshot.  The first is that you need to create a Packages folder, with a capital P, inside Mods, and place all the .package files inside it.  The second is that you need a resource.cfg file, which you can download from any number of websites, including this one:

The resource.cfg file (make sure to extract it from its original .zip) needs to be inside Mods but NOT inside Packages.

The third issue isn't as critical, but you should remove all the xcpt files in your screenshot.  You can just delete them: they're crash logs and mostly useless for troubleshooting purposes.
