Re: Re: Tried script and Alder Lake patch and still not working. Anyone help?

@MasterOwl02  I've split your posts into their own thread since you're not seeing the Alder Lake issue anymore.  Have you added any mods or custom content to the game?  If so, please move the Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and try again to play.  Additionally, if you've made any changes to the game's program files, please repair the game: open your EA App game library, click Sims 3, and select Manage > Repair.  This will undo, for example, edits you've made to the .sgr files, but those can be redone later.

If this doesn't help, please let me know whether you've taken steps to limit your in-game framerates, and if not, whether you'd like help with the process.  It's necessary for Sims 3 on high-end GPUs such as yours, as the game doesn't have its own fps limiter.

@MasterOwl02  Please manually reinstall DirectX 9, as described here:

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/Sims-3-launcher-won-t-open/m-p/10711778#M247861

DX9 isn't completely corrupt or missing, since the game loads, and it may not be the issue at all.  But since the errors in your dxdiag mention DX9, and reinstalling is simple (no need to uninstall anything; just run the installer over the top), that's the place to start.

Please also force Windows to use your Nvidia graphics card for Sims 3.  Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, click Browse, find TS3.exe (without the W) on the list, and choose the high-performance option.

If that doesn't help, try switching to windowed mode at the Main Menu.

Please test in Sunset Valley for now, and only try another world if SV saves run fine with no crashing.

By the way, it looks like you are currently running Sims 3 through the EA App but had previously run it through Steam or tried an all-disc install.  Please let me know what the previous install type was and how you switched to the EA App, for example did you uninstall the old version (and how), or did you simply update an all-disc install to use the App?
