Re: Real Estate Upgrade Not Working

If I not mistaken it has to be a stall toilet not a regular toilet

it doesn't matter in a venue if they are stalls or a toilet pot as long as a sim can access it walls and a door normal door for all sims or assigned doors male-female

this is an in game image from the 501 as it is with toilet pots

Thx all I will try these suggestions and see what happens. I have regular toilets and then 12 stall toilets the most expensive ones! I even have a toilet sculpted from Ice lol!!! I also have them on all floors as well. I will save the game in a different name, sell it and re-buy it and see if this helps. tyvm

Your welcome hope you get it working. I kept adding regular toilets and it kept telling me I still needed one toilet. I put the stalls in and I stuck the all in one bathrooms in one of mine and it seemed to work. Hopefully it's not a glitch

I love the ice sculpture's I have the ice sink in game too funny seeing sims washing hands and brushing teeth at the sink

OK. I saved the game under a different name. Sold it and re-bought it but it still said the same thing:P So, I added 5 regular toilet stalls and boom says The property plasma 501 has been upgraded to level 3 and will now pay out more. I have the nice Tardisian All in one bathroom toilets and they want a normal stall? I'm not sure, it might be a glitch. Gonna play with it more but now I have a lot of toilets!! I'm going to have to remove one by one here and see what happens and put the cheap stalls the game wants where no one can get too. :/

Re: Rumbutter & ice sculpture's! Just to see what happens since my Sim has steel bladder I sat on one and it gives you a brrrr bad moodlet. Same with the Ice bar stools when you sit on them! I think those are meant for Sims with the I love the cold trait. It looks like it's working now but the regular stalls gotta go even if I have to stick them behind a wall lol!
