@khoanguyen0001 Yes and no. EA's policy is that if third-party codes don't work, they don't provide support. But your code worked in that you did receive the 32-bit version of Sims 3. What is supposed to happen is that anyone who buys or registers the 32-bit version should automatically receive the 64-bit version too, but that doesn't always work, even with content bought directly from EA.
Point is, I would contact support again and ask for help, and maybe just say here's the very long master thread that says I should receive the 64-bit entitlement if I have the 32-bit version:
