Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi. I recently bought the Sims 3 base game from a third-party store (Instant Gaming, to be exact). However, I got the 32-bit version of the game. I contacted EA support and they said that because I didn’t bought the game from the Origin or EA app, I can’t get the 64-bit version. Is that true? ☹️

@khoanguyen0001  Yes and no.  EA's policy is that if third-party codes don't work, they don't provide support.  But your code worked in that you did receive the 32-bit version of Sims 3.  What is supposed to happen is that anyone who buys or registers the 32-bit version should automatically receive the 64-bit version too, but that doesn't always work, even with content bought directly from EA.

Point is, I would contact support again and ask for help, and maybe just say here's the very long master thread that says I should receive the 64-bit entitlement if I have the 32-bit version:

Whether you mention Instant Gaming again is entilrey your decision.
