Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I can't seem to download the sims 3 late night expansion, I have redeemed the code that I had years and years ago, its gone through and is in my library but says its only available on windows (I have 2025 Mac).

I have contacted EA and they won't help me, and now I cant even access live chat! I don't know what to do, because I really want to play with this expansion pack as i've paid for it, but I cant get through to anyone for them to change it to the 64-bit version.

    Were you able to get the 64-bit version added to your account through live support, or are you still needing help with this?
