Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I know it's quite an old topic but I can't seem to find any answer that actually solves the problem so here it goes. I had many Sims 3 expansion packs (bought phisically) and I was playing on my Windows. Now I have a Mac, an as expected, it doesn't let me download it as it says it's a Windows version. I've seen people saying that EA people can give you the codes again to reinstall them if you can prove ownership of the game, but they don't seem to be answering anybody... so, what can I do?
