Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi,

I am a Mac user and I am experiencing an issue with the EA App. I already own The Sims 3 and several packs (Generations, Seasons, Showtime) which work perfectly in the 64-bit & Metal version on my Mac.

However, I added new expansions yesterday using my product codes. These new packs (including Supernatural and others) only show as "32-bit / Available for Windows" in my library.

I contacted EA Support twice, but they incorrectly told me that the Mac version is not provided, which contradicts the 2020 64-bit & Metal update. Since my older packs work fine, it is clear that my account is eligible for the 64-bit versions.

Could a moderator please help me get the entitlements for the 64-bit & Metal version of my newly registered packs synced to my account?

I'm afraid we can't help with account-related requests like granting entitlements here on the forums. You'll want to reach out to live support again to try getting 64-bit versions of your eligible 32-bit packs granted.
