Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I bought 4 sims 3 expansion packs all I want is for ea live chat to make them 64 bit like they have done in the past it has instead taking 3 full days of me on live chat 3 supports saying they can't do that and 3 pretending they have fixed it I would recommend not buying a sims 3 expansion pack until this is resolved

Sorry to hear that live support hasn't been able to help you the past three times, but I'm afraid you'll need to continue reaching out to them for help granting access to the 64-bit versions of your packs.
