Re: redeemed the 16 digit code in sims3.com. Said to check purchase history. Nothing in pruchase history

To me has been the same, I redeemed the code for the sims 3 in sims successfully store and did not appear anything in the purchase history when I went to redeem the code appeared to be used again. Where is my game?
