Re: Reinstall Sims 3 supernatural

I have the Sims Supernatural in my game library but it only allows me to play. I need to reinstall it as it has corrupted and I do not have it installed on my HD. Why will it not allow me to reinstall from Origin? Origin just updated to latest version. Please help. Thanks.

    Search your hard disc and registery for any left over files.
