@alexis_xoxo21 you can reset the game following the instructions in this link - reset Sims 3 Your accounts can not be reset by the user. Resetting your accounts you will probably (most likely) have to repurchase games and thesims3 Store items. You can change most of account profile settings (email, ID, etc) without loosing anything in your accounts. To wipe the accounts clean you will have to contact EA customer service for this.
