@jenesea Do you see multiple copies of the pack, and if so, does one of them have a Download button? Are you playing the Windows version or the 64-bit Mac version?

@puzzlezaddict There's only one copy I can see (the expansion pack is the Sims 3 Supernatural btw), and there's no download button anywhere. I've attached a screenshot of what comes up in the EA app. Also, I'm playing on Windows.

@jenesea Your particular symptom is also part of this overall issue and also part of the investigation. So while you'll unfortunately need to wait with everyone else, at least you should have a fix at the same time.
