Looks like there's some sort of 3D mode active.
Go to your graphics settings on your card and make sure 3D mode is off.
What kind of card do you have ?

I am pretty sure I've turned the 3D mode off.
By card you mean videocard? In that case I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT620 2GB.
Hope you can help me
Try turning it on and back off then.
