I had the same issue and I purchased both Seasons and Supernatural via the Origin website. I had to contact Origin's customer service via webchat and they took care of the problem for me. Unfornately, I dont know if they can assist you if you downloaded from Amazon which is why I hesitated to purchase their downloads, but its worth a try. Good luck
