@lakitty44  The most common cause of this error message is having your TS3 game folder open when you attempt to launch the game.  Just keep it closed.  If that doesn't fix it, drag your entire game folder out of Documents and launch the game again, thereby spawning a new one,  Once you establish that this clean folder is working, and you can load and play a new save, you can move your existing saves and other content into it from your old folder.
