After installing, I tried to open it,
but it has the same problem, there is an error message saying the computer cannot authenticate the device driver that I install, and it tells me to obtain a correct device driver from the computer manufacturer and the device driver will close.

Okay. I think you may have to download drivers through the Fujitsu website, which is a bit harder.
After you click the link, go Notebook > S series > SH572 > Windows 7 64-bit, then download the Video driver. Feel free to update any other drivers you feel necessary, but definitely the Video driver.

Are you playing at low settings? If so, it would seem that your graphics chip can no longer handle The Sims 3 with the added patches and EPs added - this tends to happen due to inefficiencies in the way the game is coded, which means systems start to struggle more.
One last thing you can try is closing programs in Task Manager that are not needed before playing (just don't close Windows processes!), such as Java and Adobe updaters, or closing down browser windows.
