Re: Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

So, i can't redeem my codes and they do not show up in my in my purchase history because i bought it  in person years ago. Ea support said it is a bug after 4 agents but none offered me a credit. I even offered at least a 50% credit. How can  i own the pets expansion without the full game. So clearly it is a ea side issue that support cant figure out.

    I understood correctly that you had purchased the base game of The Sims 3 a few years earlier and did not redeem the activation code and now you cannot do so? Didn't they offer you any help or manual product activation on the thesims3.com website? From what I'm currently experiencing, I know that EA support isn't very helpful, they offered me a refund. But because I recently purchased a game and my codes were already used by some miracle, I bought codes that I can't activate... I'm afraid they may not help you and you may be left to fend for yourself.  I myself have been fighting for two weeks to activate the products, because I don't want to buy again and have the same problem again.

    If they don't add the product to you manually or you won't get a refund (although I don't know if that includes after all these years), then unfortunately you'll be left to fend for yourself. Well, unfortunately, this is how consumers are treated now.
