just had to get a new pc .reinstalled sims 3 fine and all the addons except things ive bought over the years are not showin up in my account/purchase so cant add them back into the game win 11 game runs fine but nothing i paid for is showing up for me to download
ive had sims3 since 2009
please advice

its clear you didnt read my post. all the addons are fine its the content i bought years ago that is not showing up that i purchased it in fact no purchases are showing even the 12 packs i purchased. again this is on your end not mine. and i only have 1 login since 2009 so i guess the things i purchased like the bistro are now lost. and again my order history shows nothing no purchases ever. yet i have sims medievial and sims 3 addons in my ea app i have no small itsms i purchased over the years with sim points
Nevermind you people just scan over posts you don read them you just lost another 20 year customer
Community Managerspikepa1 If your order history is not showing any previous purchases, that's an indicator that those purchases are registered with a different EA account. Please contact live support so they can verify where your content is located and help you get logged back in properly to access your content again.
