When you buy through Origin, the game should automatically be added to your account and there's no need to redeem any code.

You need to download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download and then log in and the game should be in myGames.

If it's not, Customer Support IS your only option cause the AnswerHQ is about users helping users and as users we have no insight into your account.
