@samysimy  You'll need to login to the account in which the code was used.  If you ever registered your game either in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com ), it will be in your Origin game library, from where you can download it for free.

If you don't know which account you might have used to register the game, you can always try entering all your email addresses in the Origin sign in window and clicking "forgot your password?"  Any address that has an account associated with it will receive a password reset email.
