Re: Sims 3 code already redeemed

Hi, i have a new laptop but when i open origin it shows me that i have only two expansions, but i have 5. I tried to type the game code but i keep showing me that the code has been already used. Like, of course it was, on my old laptop, but i had there even those games that i can download on the new one. I dont understand why i have those two expansions on origin and the rest not. Can somebody help me please?

    @tvojemamalol  What does it say under those packs in your Origin game library?  Click on the Sims 3 icon, select More > Expansion Packs (or Stuff Packs), scroll to where the missing packs are listed, and look at the orange button.  If it says Download, go ahead and download.  Details or Play means a pack is installed.

    If it says Buy Now, that means Origin doesn't think you own the pack.  Since the product key is already used, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help.
