@kasimaru13  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help with this.  Taka a photo showing the Pets disc, case, and insert with the code clearly readable, and upload that when you submit the help request.  I strongly suggest using live chat rather than email.  If you're not seeing the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    Thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately it seems like I bought the game from someone who used the key, so I can't claim the game ☹️

    That's a shame because I have the game in physical
