@KaylahEph  Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin.  This might stop the game from trying to automatically sign you in, but if not, try clearing the cache and cookies in Safari.

You can try signing in at the Main Menu again if you want, and if it doesn't work, try changing your password to something with only letters and numbers.  Delete the .bin file and clear Safari's cache again afterwards.
