@MissCrucio  If you have NRaas MasterController, try reseting the crib.  Click on the ground of the lot and select NRaas > MC > Object Info > Not Inventory, choose the crib from the list, and let MC reset it.

The fact that Generations won't download has nothing to do with this issue.  Other players have reported that using the EA App instead has helped with the download problems.
