@p9v20yf8  If you want to get your packs into your Origin account, you'll unfortunately need to go back to customer support and try again.  That's the only way to potentially fix this issue.

By the way, if you ever registered your game on the old Sims 3 site, the codes would read as used, because that site and Origin share information.  So if this is what happened, try signing into Origin with the same email address you used on the store site.

If you'd like to install without Origin, it may be possible.  You'll need a base game disc manufactured before September 2012 and disc copies of all the packs you want to install as well.  For the base game disc, check the copyright date in the fine print on the back of the case.  Newer discs will also have an Origin logo somewhere on the case.
