Can you login in the game itself ?

Yes i can log into the game with my username for the internet features.

So clicking on the Player Wall there works ? Can you change your avatar there (you can just put the same one). 

This seems to reset some things and might help with the registration issue

If not, I would get in touch with a game advisor
