Re: sims 3 not start

@matan05227  You're definitely getting the Alder Lake error, or at least you were very recently.  This is what it looks like:

חתימת בעיה:
‏P1‏: TS3.exe
‏P2:‏ 0.2.0.32

The important parts are that TS3.exe crashed and that the error is c0000094, which is what happens on newer Intel processors.  So please go over the instructions again for the Alder Lake fix, and if you're using the patch, make sure you apply it to TS3.exe without the W.

If that doesn't help, please try the Task Manager method, again applied to TS3.exe, described here:

https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/Sims-3-won-t-open-Alder-Lake-Intel-12th-gen-CPU/m-p/11720109#M251930

If that doesn't help either, please let me know what you see when the game starts to load.  Please also look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 3, specifically after you've done the steps I listed.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

yes. The game worked. The thing is that every time I enter the game, I have to go into the task manager and do CPU 1. If there is a solution that is permanent without me having to go into the task manager every time then that is better.

@matan05227  The Alder Lake patch (in the thread I linked) is a one-time fix, so you wouldn't need to use the Task Manager method anymore.  (I suggested the Task Manager method because it's the most reliable, as in, if this doesn't work, the problem is something else.)  For the Alder Lake patch, it's not enough to download it.  You'll need to open it and specifically apply it to TS3.exe.

@matan05227  Repair Sims 3, restart your computer, run the Alder Lake patch again just one time, and see whether the game loads.  You don't need to use the patch after that.
