if your sims own the properties only they can move to them on your sim phone or pc use the option-real esate-check real estate a menu should pop up with the list of properties highlight a property with your mouse then in that menu is a coin icon click on that sell the property your household will gain the money and the property is avaailable again for other sims you want to move in
