Re: Sims 3 Pets won’t install

@B1u3Chips  Did you register the product code within your EA App game library?  If so, click Sims 3 > Manage > Manage Add-ons, and let me know whether Pets is showing on the list.  If it is, but the line underneath it says in-game content, then the only fix aside from the app recovery, which you already tried, is uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game.

If Pets has a Download button, but it doesn't work, please try the Origin workaround described here:
