Re: Sims 3 store items.

@StuntPony  Please login to the Store site and select Store > My Store Account > Purchase History.  Let me know whether you find the items there.  The page can take a while to load, so please be patient, or if you're not patient, reload it after 20 seconds or so.

    Unfortunately, store page doesn't load at ALL. It says "we will return soon", but it has been on and off for years, and recently it stopped loading store at all.

    If I could access the store I could have redownload the bought items, as I'm pretty sure they ARE, or WERE purchased forever. I am from CIS, so not sure if it changes anything. My guess is that with EA complete ban of Russia I have been denied ALL services. I barely got Sims 3 to work again, with deletion of the previous folders, as launcher didn't want to work at all.

    @StuntPony  The Store site isn't down overall: it works fine for me on multiple computers, and I haven't seen any recent reports either, aside from a brief problem with My Page that has been resolved.  So the problem may be your location, or your browser, or a VPN if you use one.  Try a different browser, then a different device, and let me know whether anything changes.
