@ItzJace001 Standalone worlds need to be installed through the Sims 3 Store site, not the EA App. Login to the site and download Monte Vista from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or its product page.
Okay I’ll try that out. Thank you so much!
So I’ve gone to the sims 3 website and it says that I don’t have Monte Vista, so why is the EA App saying otherwise?
@ItzJace001 Please check both your purchase history and the product page. Sometimes a world shows up as owned in one but not the other.
If that doesn't help, do you have a record of the purchase? An email receipt would work, but so would your account info on ea.com. Sign into the site, open your account settings, click Order History, expand the time frame as necessary, and see if you can find MV on the list. Take a screenshot or two showing whatever relevant info you find.
Either way, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. You can upload the screenshot when you submit the help request.

I strongly suggest using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. Sims 3 > PC > Manage my account > Find missing game should work.
Again, thank you! I’ll give these options a try.

I bought Monte Vista via EA App, activated the product code, but it does not appear in my Purchase History and I can’t download or install it.
