Have a look at your order confirmation on your receipt in your emails. It should have the product code under the title (it had this for monte vista & roaring heights which I purchased individually). Go into your Sims 3 store account on the thesims3.com website and click the redeem the code tab; copy and paste the product code in there and you should be able to download it from the website into the game launcher. In the game, it comes up as store content rather than an add-on. Which means there's no 'collection' for it. Hope that helps!
I had this issue for a month, no idea how to install the worlds via the ea app - it's useless. I thought this would be the same for Showtime (which I had just purchased today)...It was not, and I'm a little annoyed. There is no product code or any way to install the pack without probably re-installing the entire thing. (I will update this comment if it works/if I do end up doing it).
This is the third time I have bought an add-on via the EA app. The first time, I bought Supernatural and it downloaded instantly with no complaints. Second and third, I mentioned previously (with Monte Vista and Showtime). I researched on so many different threads and everyone says something different. Some things obviously work for other people/PCs. Overall, despite my absolute love for the Sims - the EA app really overshadows it.
