For the last few days I haven't been able to do anything on the sims 3 website, it lets me log in using my EA account but then all pages like My Page etc, just give me a 502 Bad gateway error, can anyone help me please? Thanks!
Same problem for me for days. I have seen in the other posts that many others are having the same problem. I contacted tech support and they said they would look into it. Hopefully after the weekend? Obviously something is wrong with the sims 3 website since many can't log in when everything was fine early last week.
it's annoying, especially when I just did a clean folder to do a new themed family and I only got a few of the worlds downloaded before this happened
Same here! Error 502 bad gateway. I had some new houses to upload to my studio, but I've been getting the same error for a few days now. Some of us still use this regularly. I hope they're not shutting it down without giving us the opportunity to save our purchases.

i can't even log in at all. i can access thesims3.com generic public page, but when i click the login button, it immediately goes to the 502 bad gateway page. which means i can't access any of the items in my studio, nor can i access any of my store content.
Well, I had this same problem for the last 3 days too. I was kind of excited when I went online just now to the Sims 3 site and when I clicked on "login" it took me to a sign up for my EA account. Put in all info and went back to the site but after clicking on "login" it just blinked and sat there. NOTHING. Did not come up with the 502 Gateway Err but didn't let me do anything either! So still not fixed. Sorry!
Same here. Logging in still doesn't work. It still has the log in option after logging in rather than showing your username. Perhaps it means they are working on it?
