@MayXxXAsh240 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Specifically, Sims 3 doesn't load properly on 12th-gen Intel processors. In case you're wondering, exception code c0000094 means something's trying to divide by zero, although I have no idea what that means in a practical sense.
Anyway, you have a couple options here. You can try using this PowerShell script another user posted:
Or you can use Process Lasso to limit the game to one CPU core while it's loading. You'll want to close Process Lasso once you have a save loaded for performance reasons.
