Do I have to use the EA App? because trying to launch sims 3 via TS3 does not push through and just goes back to the EA launcher.

Ohemgeeeee! Thank you so much! It worked! I shouldve posted my dxdiag from the beginning.
Anyway, may I also ask how to move my saved content to the game? I already have a lot of sims previously and I want to check on them since it's been 7 years since I last played sims3.
Is it still possible? Thank you so much again!
@2e02b00d28110ace Each save has its own folder within Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Saves. You can swap these folders between different copies of the Sims 3 folder, or between different computers. This also goes for any other user data: saved households and builds, saved sims, mods, etc. The only exception is installed Store content, which may need to be reinstalled on the new computer. Here's a list of everything in the user folder so you can decide for yourself what to preserve:

When transferring content between computers, I'd suggest zipping the folders(s) first—this lowers the chance that the files will be damaged during transfer. It's still not likely, but it's also better to be careful. And you can keep a backup copy of the .zip somewhere else, for example an external drive, just to be safe.
