@jeraa4  Are you playing in windowed mode, and if so, does the problem go away if you switch to fullscreen mode?  In that case, the workaround would be to use a third-party tool like Windowed Borderless Gaming (free utility) or Lazy Duchess's Smooth Patch (also free, and comes with a Borderless mode) to get the fullscreen look with the windowed mode functionality.  You could of course play in windowed mode at a reduced resolution as well.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing in-game, and also let me know whether you're in fullscreen or windowed mode, what in-game resolution you're using, and the resolution of your monitor.
