Re: The sims 3 bin

@MirandaJonesDiz  Try evicting the sims and saving them, and the lot, separately.  It's a good idea to delete the five cache files in your Sims 3 user data folder in Documents\Electronic Arts before you try, and any time the game crashes.  For reference, those files are:

  • CASPartCache.package
  • compositorCache.package
  • scriptCache.package
  • simCompositorCache.package
  • socialCache.package

Please also go into the CurrentGame folder inside that same Sims 3 folder, and delete anything you find in there.  That folder should always be empty unless you actually have a save loaded and running.  But it doesn't always get emptied after a crash.
