It would be possible to accept this, but there are problems with the server, because of this, add-ons are not downloaded and there is no access to the base game. All materials from The Sims Store are installed in the game and work well when the game is launched successfully. At the same time, you can see errors in the logs that indicate that, indeed, the EA App simply does not see the game stuff. Whatever it is, nothing works and whether it will work in the foreseeable future is unknown. Probably, there should be the official patch with fixes.
