@ULTIMATE1256 First - Windows 7 main support is over and now on extended support. Second 3.8 Gb free space is not enough for the Windows operating system and games that swap large files in and out like Sims 3 does. Third 50 Gb is not large enough for the Windows operating system. The AMD Radeon HD 6450 Graphics is not a very strong video card for todays 3D graphical games - very entry level. You have a slim line case which makes upgrades hard. The cpu is really at the minimum for this game. The page file is 4Gb and with 3.8Gb on the system drive your out of storage so I suspect you are out of primary storage. I don't know why you are running your machine from a vhd (virtual storage device). There is no turbo boost in the cpu. DDR2 memory is dead.  My recommendation is to get a bigger hard drive - gen it up the way it came and see how it run Sims 3.
