Ok, I guess. I just had a bad experience with customer service earlier.

wait a min. there;s still a chat in origin. i don't see it. does that mean i was hacked too. also i refreshed, logged out, and reinstalled origin and it's still grey.

I'm sure that everyone has been asking, but do you know how long it will take to fix the issue?

That is unsatisfactory.

The forum needs a clearer way to show the difference between a thread being solved, and when someone from EA has responded. Maybe a circle or something.

It is very misleading, and unprofessional.
