@nuttynatsu This could actually be an issue with the EPs entitlements, so if the steps roberta591 posted do not resolve the issue, please contact an Advisor and they can check if it is an account issue.

Checked registry, restarted and tried a install. Now waiting to connect with an advisor.

Abhishek of EA chat has fixed the issue. @EA_Kristi was an issue with the expansion, I have been given a new game code to register with my account.
